Base Salary

$93k - $198k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, maintain, and support full stack applications, workflows, and services within the Palantir Foundry platform.
  • Develop frontend functionality, backend logic, APIs, workflow features, pipeline logic, and workflow automation for enterprise use cases.
  • Build and maintain batch and near-real-time data pipelines integrating legacy enterprise systems into Foundry.
  • Implement data transformations, validations, quality checks, ontology-aligned solutions, and governed integration patterns.
  • Translate user stories and functional requirements into maintainable technical solutions with guidance from senior developers and architects.
  • Participate in unit testing, integration testing, debugging, defect resolution, code reviews, and secure software development practices.
  • Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, architects, security teams, infrastructure teams, operations teams, and peer developers.
  • Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, standups, demos, retrospectives, status reporting, and continuous improvement activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and at least 6 years of relevant experience, or a graduate degree and at least 4 years of related experience, or 10 years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Experience developing software with modern programming languages such as Python, Java, TypeScript, or JavaScript.
  • Experience with full stack development, including frontend applications, backend services, APIs, and data-driven applications.
  • Experience with relational or non-relational databases, data transformation logic, systems integration, enterprise data pipelines, ETL processes, or application integrations.
  • Experience with Palantir Foundry, including pipelines, Code Repositories, Workshop, Operational Applications, or ontology-based development.
  • Experience with frontend frameworks such as React or Angular and backend or API development using Python or Java.
  • Understanding of version control, code reviews, unit testing, debugging, CI/CD concepts, agile development, secure software practices, and data governance.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms, DevOps concepts, containerization, infrastructure automation, AI/ML-enabled workflows, analytics applications, or data products.
  • Experience in defense, aerospace, manufacturing, finance, healthcare, or another regulated industry is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills are preferred.
