Responsibilities
- Build and evolve the platform using TypeScript, NestJS, Node.js, and React.
- Own customer-facing features from discovery and prototyping through production release.
- Speak with customers, gather feedback, and participate in support and user testing.
- Break down opportunities into practical releases and iterate based on feedback.
- Contribute to feature prioritization and product roadmap decisions.
- Use product metrics and experiments to inform decisions and validate ideas.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of full-stack engineering experience delivering end-to-end features for SaaS products.
- Production experience with TypeScript, React, and Node.js; NestJS experience is preferred.
- Strong frontend and backend skills, including taking customer-facing applications from architecture through release.
- Native German proficiency and fluent English.
- A customer-focused, pragmatic approach to product discovery, prioritization, and rapid delivery.
- Experience integrating LLMs into applications and familiarity with European privacy and AI regulations are helpful.
Benefits
- Annual salary of €80,000 to €120,000.
- Remote position based in Germany.
