Base Salary
$87k - $266k/yr
Responsibilities
- Work directly with customers and Solution Architects to define requirements and deliver Salesforce solutions.
- Architect and develop Salesforce solutions using Lightning Web Components, JavaScript, Apex, and Flows.
- Integrate Salesforce with ERP platforms, legacy systems, and external systems using Salesforce APIs and web services.
- Design, implement, release, and manage Salesforce deployments across multiple environments.
- Contribute major components to NeuraFlash’s internal product development.
- Lead and mentor junior developers and support team cohesion and delivery.
- Track Salesforce feature launches, acquire new technical expertise, and train the team on new capabilities.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of Salesforce development experience, primarily with Lightning Web Components and Apex.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a similar technical field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience with multiple Salesforce project deployments, original code development, release management, multi-environment management, and legacy-system integrations.
- Experience implementing new Salesforce deployments and owning the end-to-end software or systems development lifecycle.
- Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, JavaScript, and Flows.
- Experience with web services concepts including REST, SOAP, JSON, and XML.
- Experience with Revenue Cloud, Service Cloud, TableauCRM, Experience Cloud, Macros, LiveAgent Development, Omni-Channel, SOS, or Snap-Ins is preferred.
- Experience with Node, Angular, or React is preferred.
- Salesforce certifications, preferably Platform Developer I or Platform Developer II, are preferred.
- Strong communication, collaboration, attention to detail, adaptability, and mentoring skills.
