Responsibilities

Build production agents using prompts, tool use, orchestration, new models, and MCP integrations.
Design and operate reliable backend systems for asynchronous creative generation and long-running tasks with strong performance, observability, scalability, and security.
Develop shared evaluations and live quality monitoring, including model-based assessment of image and video outputs.
Own features end to end, from identifying user needs and prototyping through cross-stack delivery and production support.
Use customer feedback, experimentation, and product collaboration to guide agent capabilities and user experiences.

Strong backend engineering skills and experience operating production systems involving APIs, cloud infrastructure, storage, and asynchronous processing.
Hands-on experience developing agents and understanding prompts, tools, execution logic, evaluations, and reliable and secure operation.
Evidence of independent end-to-end ownership and confidence delivering across the stack, including frontend work when needed.
Good product judgment, clear communication, and enthusiasm for creative agents.
Familiarity with HTTP, WebSockets, and asynchronous workers is helpful.
Experience with multimodal generation, creative editors, MCP, or products built in small, fast-moving teams is particularly valuable.
