Responsibilities
- Build and deploy production AI agents that perform real business work.
- Use the ElevenLabs agents platform, orchestration tools, and frontier models to create solutions.
- Work forward-deployed with growth pods to identify problems and own solutions end to end.
- Evaluate LLM systems, identify failure modes, and improve reliability and safety.
- Measure whether deployed systems produce the intended results.
Requirements
- Experience with Python, SQL, LLM APIs, and agent orchestration.
- Experience shipping production systems that others relied on, starting from a vague problem.
- Experience building with LLMs beyond demos and evaluating their performance and failure modes.
- Ability to measure the effectiveness of systems built.
- Experience with GTM data or marketing systems is a bonus.
