Responsibilities

Design and build complete agent-powered features spanning frontend interfaces, application state, backend services, APIs, and data storage.
Develop agent capabilities and integrations involving model orchestration, creative tools, and asynchronous audio, image, and video generation workflows.
Build and operate supporting infrastructure while improving quality, performance, scalability, and security through evaluations, monitoring, and testing.
Own problem areas from discovery and prototyping through deployment and ongoing operation in collaboration with product, design, and engineering.
Use customer feedback and product judgment to shape the agent’s capabilities and user experience across ElevenCreative.

Demonstrated exceptional engineering through shipped products, difficult problems solved, and systems owned.
Strong frontend and backend engineering skills with experience independently building complete production applications.
Ability to design user interfaces, backend services, APIs, and data models and understand how they work together.
Practical experience with cloud infrastructure, deployment, asynchronous processing, testing, and observability, including debugging across the full stack.
Evidence of end-to-end ownership, strong product judgment, clear communication, and the ability to take ambiguous problems from technical design through ongoing operation.
Interest in creative agents and ability to learn quickly as models, tools, and user needs evolve.
Experience with production agents, evaluations, MCP integrations, creative editors, or multimodal products is particularly valuable.
