Responsibilities
- Work directly with customers from onboarding through ongoing usage to integrate and optimize HappyRobot’s AI solutions.
- Build features, MVPs, scalable solutions, applications, and tools that improve customer outcomes.
- Develop full-stack solutions using React, TypeScript, Node.js, and Python.
- Design, implement, and iterate on AI/ML applications, including LLM prompting, voice tuning, and transcription optimization.
- Manage APIs and integrations with third-party systems.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams on tailored solutions.
- Iterate on AI solutions based on customer feedback and changing requirements.
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects while maintaining high-quality results.
Requirements
- Native or fluent French speaker at C1/C2 level.
- Strong full-stack experience with React, TypeScript, and Node.js.
- Hands-on proficiency in Python.
- Experience building AI/ML applications, including LLM prompting and tuning.
- Ability to manage APIs and integrate with third-party systems.
- Excellent communication skills for explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Highly independent, ownership-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
