Base Salary
$60k - $135k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead Salesforce Field Service Lightning technical design and development.
- Drive solution architecture and enterprise integration design, including SAP integrations.
- Review Apex, LWC, integration, and Flow designs and enforce development best practices.
- Resolve complex production issues and develop scalable, high-performing Salesforce solutions.
- Mentor developers and provide technical leadership to development teams.
- Collaborate with solution architects, product owners, and business stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of Salesforce experience, including 3+ years of Salesforce Field Service Lightning experience.
- Hands-on expertise with Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, Flows, Platform Events, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, Future Methods, and Custom Metadata Types.
- Expertise with Salesforce Field Service features including Work Orders, Service Appointments, Scheduling, Dispatcher Console, and Mobile App.
- Experience with SAP integrations, REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML processing, Named Credentials, and middleware.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security, sharing and visibility, governor limits, large data volumes, performance optimization, integration patterns, and enterprise application architecture.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD, and DevOps practices, including code reviews and troubleshooting complex issues.
- Preferred certifications include Platform Developer I or II, Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant, and Salesforce Field Service Consultant.

- Expected base compensation ranges from $60,000 to $135,000.
