Base Salary
$60k - $135k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead Salesforce Field Service Lightning technical design and development.
- Drive Salesforce solution architecture and integration design, including SAP integrations.
- Develop scalable, high-performing solutions using Salesforce best practices.
- Review Apex, LWC, integration, and Flow designs and enforce development standards.
- Resolve complex production issues and troubleshoot Salesforce solutions.
- Mentor development teams and provide technical leadership.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects, Product Owners, and business stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of Salesforce experience, including 3+ years of Salesforce Field Service Lightning experience.
- Hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, Flows, Platform Events, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, Future Methods, and Custom Metadata Types.
- Expertise with Salesforce Field Service features including Work Orders, Service Appointments, scheduling, Dispatcher Console, and the Mobile App.
- Experience with SAP integrations, REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML processing, Named Credentials, and middleware.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security, sharing and visibility, governor limits, large data volumes, performance optimization, integration patterns, and enterprise application architecture.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
- Preferred certifications include Salesforce Platform Developer I/II, Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant, and Salesforce Field Service Consultant.
