Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deliver high-quality Flutter applications for an HVAC industry project.
- Translate technical requirements into clean, scalable, and maintainable code.
- Participate in peer code reviews and follow architectural patterns and linting rules.
- Write unit, widget, and integration tests to ensure application stability and performance.
- Integrate Flutter application logic with native platform components, hardware, and low-level services.
- Improve team workflows, reduce technical debt, and support or onboard peer developers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 5 years of mobile application development experience with strong production Flutter experience.
- Deep hands-on proficiency with Flutter and Dart, including state management, application architecture, and performance optimization.
- Working knowledge of native iOS using Swift or Objective-C and/or Android using Kotlin or Java.
- Solid experience writing Flutter unit, widget, and integration tests.
- Practical experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation, such as GitHub Actions.
- Strong analytical, self-motivated, proactive, and reliable approach to engineering work.
- Fluent English and strong collaboration skills for working in an agile squad.
- Experience or interest in hardware communications such as BLE or NFC is preferred.
