Responsibilities
- Lead the shaping and development of a cross-platform mobile application for Windows, Android, and iOS.
- Define architecture, guide implementation, and ensure high-quality outcomes aligned with business and user needs.
- Develop Flutter applications with a focus on low-level implementations.
- Maintain Windows installers and low-level libraries.
- Implement and test device communication using BLE, NFC, cable communication, mobile devices, and client hardware.
- Collaborate with project managers, developers, clients, and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Conduct code reviews, promote coding best practices, contribute to architectural decisions, and mentor team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, alternatively equivalent work experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in application or embedded development and architecture.
- Strong foundations in object-oriented design and experience with Dart, Kotlin, Swift, C++, or a comparable object-oriented language.
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly, especially Flutter.
- Strong hands-on experience with device communication and practical involvement in communication protocols.
- Experience with the Windows ecosystem and Win32 API.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Strong communication, collaboration, problem-solving, analytical, self-motivation, and proactive work-management skills.
- Commitment to robust, high-quality results and ability to balance technical expertise with business objectives.
