Responsibilities
- Develop and implement test strategies, test cases, and automation scripts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional development teams, including analysts, engineers, and QA.
- Write manual test cases based on acceptance test criteria.
- Analyze logs, verify and reproduce defects, and support defect correction.
- Perform API, service, data validation, and test data management activities.
- Use Robot Framework, Python, CI/CD automation, GitHub Actions, and AI-assisted quality engineering tools.
- Troubleshoot complex issues and determine root causes.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including scrum calls, retrospectives, sprint planning, and user story estimation.
Requirements
- 5 to 7 years of QA experience.
- Expertise in Robot Framework with Python, API and service automation, CI/CD and DevOps automation, and GitHub Actions.
- Experience with AI-assisted quality engineering using GitHub Copilot and generative AI tools.
- Experience with test data management, data validation, modern automation frameworks, and emerging automation technologies.
- Hands-on understanding of databases and SQL.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, coordination, independent working, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Preferred experience with Selenium WebDriver, Page Object Model, dynamic locators, waits, Cucumber, Allure, Extent, and automation framework design and development.
