Base Salary
$160k - $225k/yr
Responsibilities
- Improve the core abstractions and runtime of the LangChain and LangGraph packages.
- Improve documentation across the LangChain ecosystem.
- Answer user questions and resolve community issues.
- Build example applications with LangChain that demonstrate how to create production AI systems.
- Maintain and improve the LangChain Python package as a core maintainer.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of software engineering or applied machine learning experience.
- Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, unstructured environment and identify impactful work.
- Ownership-minded approach with the ability to manage work efficiently without close supervision.
