Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain AI-driven features and pipelines for enterprise customers.
- Architect and implement agent-based workflows using orchestration frameworks.
- Own systems end-to-end from experimentation through production deployment.
- Build and improve evaluation pipelines to measure AI system performance.
- Collaborate with the founding team and communicate technical decisions clearly.
- Make pragmatic engineering decisions and iterate under ambiguity.
- Shape the technical direction of the AI stack as the company scales.
Requirements
- Strong software engineering skills with clean, testable, production-ready code.
- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or equivalent orchestration frameworks.
- Ability to communicate technical decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proactive ownership of projects without waiting for tickets.
- Comfortable thriving in ambiguous and fast-evolving environments.
- Ability to work at startup speed and be responsive in a dynamic setting.
