Responsibilities
- Support MES implementations, enhancements, sustainability, project planning, cross-functional coordination, and go-live activities.
- Configure, validate, optimize, and troubleshoot MES, system integrations, automation tools, and IT/OT solutions.
- Analyze system performance and implement improvements to reliability, efficiency, and manufacturing data integrity.
- Provide technical support, configuration assistance, performance monitoring, user guidance, and training for plant-floor systems.
- Design and maintain data models, dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools for manufacturing performance tracking.
- Support the testing and deployment of automation and digital solutions in accordance with regulatory, quality, and validation requirements.
- Document sustainable solutions and collaborate with technical and operational teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of two years of experience with MES, IT/OT solutions, automation platforms, or data-driven production technologies.
- Working knowledge of ERP, MES, and plant-floor systems, preferably Siemens OpCenter or a similar application.
- Working knowledge of SQL and databases such as Oracle or Microsoft SQL Server, including basic query writing and data validation.
- Knowledge of URS, FAT, UAT, and SAT implementation and testing concepts.
- Basic knowledge of data analytics, dashboards, and operational and quality KPIs.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Relevant certifications in SQL, data analytics, automation systems, or project management fundamentals are preferred but not required.
