Responsibilities
- Engage with customer developers and engineers to understand application, data, and AI priorities and build secure AI and agentic solutions.
- Deliver architecture designs, proofs of concept, minimum viable products, and repeatable solutions to accelerate customer adoption.
- Use Copilot, Copilot Studio, Foundry, Fabric, Azure AI, App Services, GitHub, and data platforms in customer engagements.
- Automate repeatable processes, create reusable intellectual property, and prioritize reuse of existing delivery assets.
- Share customer insights with account teams, remove adoption blockers, and support successful deployment and consumption growth.
- Maintain technical expertise, participate in technical communities and training, and apply coaching feedback to improve delivery quality.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Bachelor's degree plus at least 1 year of experience in AI or cloud technologies, IT consulting or support, systems administration, network operations, software development or support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, or consulting; alternatively, a master's degree or equivalent experience.
- Hands-on experience with AI technologies and a technical cloud certification such as Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google, or security certifications.
- Fluency in English and German, French, or Spanish.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to follow structured processes in a defined support environment.
- Willingness to work onsite and contribute to a positive, inclusive, customer-focused team culture.

- The typical base pay range is lei 83,000.00 to lei 107,800.00 per year.
