Responsibilities
- Develop robust and maintainable software using software development practices and standards.
- Participate actively in all stages of the software development process.
- Design, build, and deploy scalable AI solutions and large-scale data analytics applications.
- Guide non-technical teams and consultants on robust software development best practices.
- Optimize the computational efficiency of algorithms and software designs.
- Collaborate directly with clients on new features and future product releases.
- Share software design and solution ideas with diverse teams.
- Develop and deliver thought leadership, scientific papers, and conference presentations on behalf of BCG X.
Requirements
- Relevant bachelor’s, master’s, or PhD degree, with all academic certificates provided.
- Experience applying software development practices to build robust and maintainable software.
- Strong interest or experience in software development and large-scale data analytics.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in German and English at C1/C2 level.
- Ability to guide non-technical teams and consultants on software development best practices.
- Ability to work directly with clients in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
