Responsibilities
- Lead automotive partners through integration of Google Maps and Automotive SDK across Automotive OS platforms, ADAS components, and in-vehicle infotainment.
- Manage automotive partner relationships and drive resolution of bugs, missing functionality, and feature requests.
- Represent partner requirements, constraints, and roadmaps to inform product development.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for the Geo Auto Forward Deployed Engineering team.
- Coordinate with Geo Auto, Geo Developer, and Android teams to deliver a consistent automotive solution.
- Oversee technical execution, business operations, data analysis, support, tool building, automation, product strategy, and project prioritization for partnerships.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 3 years of experience troubleshooting technical issues for internal or external partners or customers.
- At least 3 years of experience with automotive systems.
- Experience with system design or reading code such as Java, C++, or Python.
- Experience working with automotive-sector clients or similar clients.
- Preferred: master’s degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Applied Science, or a related field.
- Preferred: 5 years of experience managing projects and working with analytics, software coding, or customer-side web technologies.
- Preferred: 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
- Preferred: 5 years of experience in operations management, including process improvement, operational reviews, or workflow optimization.
- Preferred: experience in the automotive industry, automotive systems, or navigation systems.
Benefits
- Germany base salary of €98000 - €100000 EUR, plus a 15% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
