Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive functional testing and validation of advanced networking devices and systems.
- Design and implement test cases and strategies for rapidly evolving technology programs.
- Develop Python software, utilities, scripts, and automation frameworks to exercise and validate designs.
- Lead root-cause analysis of test failures and collaborate with engineering teams on corrective actions.
Requirements
- Demonstrated proficiency in Python programming.
- Comprehensive understanding of software testing principles and methodologies.
- Strong understanding of networking principles and basic IP networking protocols.
- Experience with OpenHTF, Selenium, Playwright, and test instrument control.
- Familiarity with Pytest and other automated testing frameworks.
- Ability to translate complex requirements into robust test cases and strategies.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Current ability to maintain an active Secret security clearance at minimum.
- Preferred: experience with Hardware-In-The-Loop testing, Wireshark, embedded systems, high-volume production testing, and ruggedized, airborne, or space-deployed systems.
