Base Salary

$75k - $158k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and execute functional, system integration, regression, performance, security, data migration, and user acceptance test strategies for Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM.
  • Build and maintain automated regression test suites using OATS, Selenium, or equivalent tools within a SAFe Agile continuous testing framework.
  • Perform parallel payroll validation by comparing Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM results with legacy system outputs and resolving variances before production cutover.
  • Conduct Section 508 accessibility testing against WCAG 2.1 AA standards using assistive-technology validation methods.
  • Coordinate UAT with agency stakeholders, including scenario development, tester training, defect triage, and sign-off tracking.
  • Design and execute performance and load testing for peak federal workforce transaction volumes.
  • Manage defects through resolution using JIRA or equivalent tools, including severity classification, root cause analysis, and trend reporting.
  • Test integrations with EHRI, eOPF, USA Staffing, payroll providers, Employee Express, MyPay, and other federal systems.
  • Validate Oracle quarterly updates and agency migration waves through targeted regression testing.
  • Develop test plans, test cases, traceability matrices, and test execution summary reports, and participate in Agile ceremonies and process improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of relevant experience, with additional experience permitted in place of the degree.
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in software QA, test engineering, or test automation for enterprise applications.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Selenium, OATS, Tricentis Tosca, or equivalent automation tools.
  • Experience with functional, integration, regression, and performance testing for cloud-based enterprise applications.
  • Proficiency with JIRA, HP ALM, Azure DevOps Test Plans, or equivalent defect and test management tools.
  • Understanding of SAFe Agile continuous testing practices, including TDD and shift-left strategies.
  • Experience coordinating UAT with business stakeholders and managing defect triage.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust clearance and U.S. citizenship.
  • Preferred qualifications include 6 or more years of testing experience, a large-scale Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM or Oracle ERP Cloud implementation, ISTQB certification, performance testing experience, Section 508 accessibility testing, federal HR process knowledge, parallel payroll validation, Python, JavaScript, or Groovy scripting, and Oracle Cloud OIC or OCI experience.
