Responsibilities
- Review and understand test cases, business rules, and expected outcomes.
- Prepare and manage test data aligned with defined testing scenarios.
- Perform pre-execution checks, including system access and environment readiness.
- Execute UAT scenarios and test cases accurately within agreed timelines.
- Validate system behavior across digital channels and backend processes.
- Document test results clearly, ensuring traceability and completeness.
- Log, track, and manage defects with detailed supporting evidence.
- Re-test resolved defects following fixes and deployments to UAT environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during defect triage.
- Maintain and update daily test execution progress using tracking tools.
- Escalate blockers, issues, or ambiguities in a timely manner.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups and defect review sessions.
Requirements
- University degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related fields.
- 1–3 years of experience in software testing or User Acceptance Testing.
- Exposure to banking operations or digital channels is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of system workflows and transaction processing.
- Ability to execute structured test scripts and document results accurately.
- Familiarity with defect management tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
- Strong attention to detail with a disciplined and methodical approach.
- Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines in fast-paced environments.
- Proficiency in Thai and English for communication and documentation.
