Responsibilities
- Enhance and maintain web-based applications across multiple technology stacks with a focus on .NET.
- Support modernization of legacy services through Docker and Kubernetes containerization.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, automation scripts, and multi-language tooling.
- Support dependency scanning, SBOM generation, secure coding practices, and compliance-focused development.
- Conduct unit testing, participate in peer code reviews, and support automated testing initiatives.
- Improve internal developer workflows and provide technical documentation and user guidance for development tools.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with engineers across the development team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
- Zero to five years of software development experience.
- Proficiency with C#, .NET, Git, and REST API fundamentals.
- Understanding of SQL and general software development practices.
- Ability to work in a security-minded environment and follow compliance requirements.
- U.S. citizenship and successful completion of a U.S. government background investigation.
- Eligibility for access to classified information.
- Preferred experience with Docker, container build tools, containerized applications, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Azure, AWS, secure coding, OWASP principles, CI/CD scripting, automation workflows, or YAML-based pipeline configuration.
- Ability to work in a team environment, maintain a professional workplace presence, adjust schedules when required, and travel or commute to other installations as needed.
