Base Salary
$149k - $350k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and productionize ML models for various AI features.
- Build and maintain scalable data pipelines for training and evaluation datasets.
- Collaborate with AI researchers to improve datasets and model architectures.
- Work with product engineers to deliver impactful AI features.
- Partner with infrastructure engineers to optimize training and deployment systems.
- Explore new ideas to shape the long-term AI vision at Figma.
Requirements
- 5+ years of industry experience in software engineering, with 3+ years in applied machine learning or AI.
- Strong experience with end-to-end ML model development.
- Proficiency in Python and familiarity with ML libraries like PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- Experience designing and building scalable data and annotation pipelines.
- Experience mentoring or leading others in a technical environment.
