Responsibilities
- Lead security conversations for Canadian energy and utility customers and prospects.
- Support ServiceNow sales teams in pre-sales and post-sales efforts, including customer calls, questionnaires, presentations, and security inquiries.
- Explain and address security concerns related to Agentic AI and GenAI implementations.
- Coordinate the end-to-end customer cloud security experience and contribute to security messaging and positioning.
- Investigate cloud and AI threats and serve as an escalation point for security incidents and investigations.
- Work with internal teams on incident remediation, conduct postmortems, and propose cloud security structural or design changes.
- Lead cross-functional teams, participate in security forums and standards organizations, and contribute to security-related contract negotiations.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of IT experience, including 5 years in cloud security.
- Eligibility to obtain and maintain Canadian Government Reliability Status under the PSPC Contract Security Program.
- Strong understanding of security concerns related to Agentic AI and GenAI solutions.
- Expertise in IT, OT, IoT, medical device, and critical infrastructure security.
- Experience with cloud operations as either a customer or provider.
- Expertise in enterprise cyber defense, threat analysis, and security operations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, customer-facing, and executive communication skills.
- Understanding of the sales life cycle and general understanding of ITIL and ITSM.
- Desired certifications include CISSP, CISM, CSSP, CEH, or equivalent.
- Fluency in English is required; French-speaking ability is a plus.
- ServiceNow ITOM and/or Armis expertise is a plus.
