Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Engineering, Quality Assurance, Product, Design, and Scrum disciplines to deliver full-stack web features.
- Develop and deliver customer-focused product features across the Athlete Performance product area.
- Propose solutions to ambiguous technical problems and provide guidance to less experienced engineers.
- Mentor colleagues and educate others on development best practices and technical trade-offs.
- Own work and contribute to planning, designing, and delivering complex projects.
Requirements
- Experience leading or playing a key role in developing large-scale applications.
- Ability to collaborate effectively and help other engineers learn and develop.
- A user-focused approach to building products that solve real problems.
- Strong engineering skills combined with willingness to learn new technical areas.
- Experience with C#, Node.js, React, TypeScript, MongoDB, SQL, Elasticsearch, and AWS is ideal but listed as a nice-to-have.
