Responsibilities
- Lead the DSI developers’ team technically by ensuring quality, delivery timelines, code reviews, and production releases.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the development team, project managers, and management.
- Maintain and optimize the monolithic XPR extranet.
- Refactor the intranet into a microservices-oriented infrastructure.
- Design, develop, and maintain information-system tools, new features, and business components.
- Contribute to unit and functional testing and promote development best practices across the IT department.
Requirements
- Solid experience in high-volume web development and the ability to work in demanding environments.
- Strong knowledge of PHP, Perl, Python, VueJS, API Platform, FastAPI, Quasar, Kafka, Airflow, Linux, and PostgreSQL.
- Expertise in SQL, including JOIN, EXPLAIN, stored procedures, views, and indexes.
- A computer science degree or equivalent self-taught development background is accepted.
- Strong communication, organization, rigor, responsiveness, teamwork, motivation, and curiosity.
