Base Salary

$110k - $140k/yr

Responsibilities

Build and maintain Brivity web applications and features across the frontend and backend.
Partner with product and engineering leadership to scope, prioritize, and deliver features.
Translate product requirements and Figma designs into polished product experiences.
Use Claude, GitHub Copilot, and Cursor to accelerate coding, testing, and documentation.
Write clean, scalable, well-documented code and participate in code reviews.
Develop and maintain automated unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
Debug issues, fix bugs, and improve performance and reliability across the stack.
Identify and reduce technical debt while improving the codebase.
Collaborate with design, QA, backend engineering, and product teams.
Contribute to standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and technical documentation.

3 to 5 years of professional experience in frontend and/or full-stack web development.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Strong proficiency in React and TypeScript.
Working knowledge of Ruby and/or .NET, or demonstrated ability to learn new languages quickly.
Experience with REST and/or GraphQL APIs and frontend-backend integration.
Professional experience using AI coding tools such as Claude, GitHub Copilot, or Cursor.
Experience writing automated unit, integration, or end-to-end tests.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development practices.
Strong communication skills and comfort working cross-functionally with product, design, and QA teams.
Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
