Responsibilities
- Design, build, configure, and customize applications to meet business process and application requirements.
- Design and maintain enterprise integrations using appropriate patterns and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, including data mapping, transformation, and validation problems.
- Act as a subject matter expert and provide solutions for the immediate team and multiple teams.
- Manage team execution, contribute to key decisions, and lead process improvements.
- Mentor junior team members and coordinate cross-functional communication on project goals and deliverables.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Workday Core Integrations.
- Experience with Workday HCM Security.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise integration design patterns and best practices.
- Experience with application configuration and customization for complex business requirements.
- Ability to troubleshoot integration issues and deliver scalable, maintainable solutions.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
