Responsibilities
- Design, architect, and oversee implementation of AdTech platforms including SSPs, DSP integrations, ad servers, RTB pipelines, header bidding systems, identity frameworks, analytics pipelines, and auction engines.
- Drive technical discovery, architecture reviews, gap analysis, solution scoping, estimation, advisory services, proof-of-concepts, and pre-sales activities.
- Define architectural standards, reference models, governance rules, CI/CD expectations, operational guidelines, and best practices.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure implementation quality and adherence to architectural decisions.
- Advise on solution design, performance tuning, data modeling, cost optimization, scalability, and maintainability.
- Guide teams building high-load, low-latency distributed systems and mentor engineers through knowledge sharing and professional development.
- Support client-facing presentations and translate complex technical requirements into clear, scalable architectures.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in software development.
- 3+ years of experience in a technical leadership or architecture role.
- Strong proficiency in at least one of C++, Golang, Rust, or Node.js.
- Experience designing and building high-load, low-latency, scalable cloud platforms.
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.
- Successful experience with consulting engagements, pre-sales activities, and client-facing presentations.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, performance optimization, messaging, caching, and API design.
- Experience with AdTech systems such as SSPs, DSPs, ad servers, header bidding, OpenRTB, Prebid, VAST, user sync, identity solutions, audience data, measurement, and attribution.
- Hands-on knowledge of real-time bidding systems and auction mechanics.
- Familiarity with mobile ad delivery on iOS and Android.
- Experience designing SDKs, APIs, libraries, and integration frameworks.
- Experience with ad integrations, analytics pipelines, consent management, and fraud detection.
- Understanding of privacy-driven architectures and GDPR/CCPA compliance principles.
- Advanced English, strong communication, independence, attention to detail, and effective collaboration with engineering and business stakeholders.
