Responsibilities
- Develop and engineer end-to-end system features from the user interface through backend code.
- Design and maintain scalable backend services and support full stack development.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, manage team performance, and make team-level decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and provide solutions applicable across teams.
- Lead cross-functional integration to support seamless project delivery.
- Mentor junior team members and coordinate with stakeholders on technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot and optimize application performance across different system layers.
Requirements
- A minimum of 12 years of overall experience is required.
- At least 7 years of experience with Java Standard Edition is required.
- Proficiency in Java Standard Edition and Microsoft Azure Architecture is required or listed among the required technical skills.
- Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns is required.
- Experience developing scalable and maintainable backend services is required.
- Familiarity with frontend technologies and frameworks for full stack development is required.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
