Responsibilities
- Develop, code, debug, document, and enhance frontend and backend components for custom enterprise software solutions.
- Build scalable, high-performing full-stack applications using Java and modern frameworks.
- Use AgentAI copilots and LLM-based coding assistants to accelerate development and testing.
- Integrate pre-built AI services and APIs and implement RAG-based features where relevant.
- Collaborate with architects and AI-native specialists to support seamless integration and adoption.
- Apply engineering best practices to deliver quality software at increased speed.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in Java full-stack development.
- Strong foundation in enterprise engineering, SDLC, and domain workflows.
- Hands-on experience with Java full-stack development and Cucumber.
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools, copilots, or LLM-based coding assistants.
- Practical knowledge of AI concepts and limitations, with an integration focus rather than model training.
- Experience with one or more backend technologies such as Java with Spring Boot, .NET with C#, or Python.
- Experience with frontend technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue.js and TypeScript or JavaScript.
- Knowledge of SQL or NoSQL databases, REST or GraphQL APIs, cloud-native development, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Minimum 15 years of full-time education.
