Responsibilities
- Build and ship frontend features end-to-end, from Figma or early concepts through production.
- Turn loosely defined problems into working product through rapid iteration and a bias toward shipping.
- Use Codex, Claude Code, and similar AI tools for coding, refactoring, testing, and debugging.
- Participate in customer calls, review feedback, and observe users to inform product decisions.
- Contribute to APIs, database changes, endpoints, authentication, and other backend work needed to unblock features.
- Create polished interfaces with attention to accessibility, responsiveness, performance, motion, loading states, empty states, and edge cases.
- Write automated tests for multi-tier systems, debug cross-service issues, and take ownership during incidents.
Requirements
- 3–7 years of professional experience shipping production software, or equivalent experience, with a frontend focus.
- Strong frontend fundamentals in TypeScript, React or an equivalent framework, component composition, state management, responsive design, accessibility, and web performance.
- Experience writing REST or GraphQL endpoints, working with databases, and handling authentication, or willingness to learn.
- Ability to independently produce clean, well-crafted user interfaces and exercise strong product judgment.
- Hands-on experience with AI coding tools and informed opinions about using them effectively.
- Strong ownership, time management, communication, and ability to break work down and complete it.
- Customer curiosity and willingness to validate work with real users.
- Preferred experience with LangChain, Langraph, OCR or large-document pipelines, or LLM evaluation frameworks.
