Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize machine learning models with a focus on reliability and performance.
- Deliver end-to-end ML solutions from data exploration through deployment and monitoring.
- Integrate models into applications and business processes while ensuring reproducibility and quality.
- Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, customers, stakeholders, and architects to make technical choices clear.
- Contribute to standardization, documentation, knowledge sharing, workshops, coaching, and proposition development.
Requirements
- Hbo or wo work-and-thinking level.
- Multiple years of experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or in a comparable role.
- Strong knowledge of machine learning, software engineering, and data modeling.
- Experience with Python and frameworks such as scikit-learn, PyTorch, and/or TensorFlow.
- Experience with modern cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Understanding of MLOps, including deployment and monitoring.
- Ability to explain results and decisions clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills, curiosity, and ownership.
- Excellent Dutch language proficiency in speaking and writing at C1 level.
