Responsibilities
- Translate customer questions into concrete AI use cases and robust production solutions.
- Develop Generative AI applications using LLMs, prompts, proprietary data and RAG.
- Build Agentic AI solutions in which agents perform tasks within defined boundaries.
- Integrate AI solutions through APIs into applications and business processes.
- Test, monitor and improve responses, agent behavior, performance and costs, while investigating errors and hallucinations.
- Collaborate with Data Scientists, Machine Learning Engineers and Data Engineers from initial customer question through production and further development.
- Explain technical choices, contributions and results clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- HBO or university-level working and thinking ability with multiple years of relevant experience as an AI/ML Engineer or in a comparable data role.
- Strong knowledge of machine learning, LLMs and software engineering, with experience in prompt engineering.
- Proficiency in Python and experience with Git, including writing, testing, documenting and maintaining code.
- Experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow and/or scikit-learn.
- Experience with APIs, data processing and modern data and cloud environments, plus an understanding of MLOps and deployment.
- Excellent Dutch language skills in speech and writing at C1 level.
- Strong communication skills, curiosity, ownership and openness to feedback.
