Responsibilities
- Translate customer questions into concrete AI use cases and development tasks.
- Develop Generative AI solutions using LLMs, prompts, and proprietary data sources.
- Build RAG and agentic AI applications.
- Test and improve responses, agent behavior, reliability, and hallucination handling.
- Integrate AI solutions through APIs into applications and business processes.
- Monitor, optimize, and further develop solutions after production launch.
- Consider privacy, security, performance, cost, and responsible AI throughout solution development.
- Communicate technical choices, contributions, and results to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- HBO or WO work-and-thinking level and 1 to 2 years of relevant experience developing or contributing to AI solutions.
- Knowledge of machine learning, LLMs, software engineering, and prompt engineering experience in AI projects.
- Python programming experience and the ability to write, test, document, and maintain code.
- Experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, and/or scikit-learn.
- Basic knowledge of APIs, data processing, and modern data and cloud environments, with exposure to MLOps and deployment.
- Excellent written and spoken Dutch at C1 level.
- Curiosity, communication skills, ownership, and openness to feedback.
