Responsibilities
- Learn programming and work with the team’s technology stack and tooling.
- Support the development of tools and automations for tax processes.
- Contribute to AI projects that support tax professionals and developers.
- Connect tax-related questions with appropriate technical solutions.
- Coordinate with colleagues and stakeholders from different backgrounds.
- Help develop applications and solutions used by colleagues and clients.
Requirements
- Analytical ability to connect tax and technical questions.
- Willingness and curiosity to actively build knowledge and skills.
- Technical affinity and interest in programming logic, with motivation to learn Python.
- Communication skills to explain tax and technical information to diverse stakeholders.
- Initiative and ownership, including proactively identifying issues, asking questions, and taking independent steps.
- Ability to collaborate, manage multiple priorities, and develop pragmatic and creative solutions.
