Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable, highly available, secure, and cloud-native solutions on Google Cloud Platform.
- Lead enterprise cloud transformation initiatives, including cloud adoption frameworks and landing-zone architectures.
- Drive complex cloud migration programs across AWS, Azure, and GCP from assessment through optimization.
- Define application modernization strategies using microservices, APIs, containerization, and event-driven architectures.
- Architect and implement Kubernetes-based platforms using GKE, EKS, and AKS.
- Establish Infrastructure as Code practices with Terraform and automate cloud provisioning.
- Develop cloud governance models covering security, compliance, networking, resiliency, disaster recovery, and operational excellence.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in IT architecture, cloud consulting, or enterprise solution design.
- Strong hands-on expertise with Google Cloud Platform, including Compute Engine, GKE, VPC, IAM, Cloud Storage, BigQuery, and cloud security services.
- Proven experience architecting and delivering enterprise cloud solutions on GCP.
- Extensive experience leading cloud migration and modernization engagements across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Deep understanding of multi-cloud architectures and cloud-native application development.
- Strong expertise in microservices, APIs, distributed systems, and event-driven architectures.
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, Terraform, and DevOps practices.
- Preferred experience with DevSecOps, Platform Engineering, cloud cost optimization, FinOps, and large-scale global transformation programs.
- Preferred experience with Vertex AI, Azure AI Services, and AWS AI/ML services.
- Industry certifications such as GCP Professional Cloud Architect, AWS Solutions Architect Professional, Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or TOGAF Certification are preferred.
