Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance custom full-stack software solutions across frontend and backend components.
- Build enterprise applications using Java and modern full-stack frameworks.
- Use AgentAI copilots and LLM-based tools for coding, debugging, testing, and documentation.
- Integrate pre-built AI services and APIs and implement RAG-based application features where relevant.
- Collaborate with architects and AI-native specialists to support integration and adoption.
- Deliver robust, scalable, high-performing solutions using engineering best practices.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Java full-stack development.
- A minimum of 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong foundation in enterprise engineering, SDLC, and domain workflows.
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools, copilots, or LLM-based coding assistants.
- Practical knowledge of AI concepts and limitations, with a focus on integration rather than model training.
- Experience with at least one backend technology such as Java with Spring Boot, .NET with C#, or Python.
- Experience with frontend technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue.js and TypeScript or JavaScript.
- Knowledge of SQL or NoSQL, cloud-native development, and application integration.
