Responsibilities

Lead the development and customization of features within Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
Utilize Experience Builder and Lightning Web Runtime to create responsive self-service portals.
Design and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
Develop and optimize core Service Cloud functionalities to enhance agent productivity.
Oversee system architecture and code quality to ensure scalability and data integrity.
Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for solutions and processes.
Provide mentorship to junior administrators on coding standards and best practices.
Take ownership of team deliverables and execute projects aligned with organizational goals.

Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development and configuration.
Proven track record in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and complex integrations.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant experience.
Deep expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, and declarative features.
Strong understanding of core Service Cloud features and best practices.
Experience with Experience Builder and LWR or Aura templates for site design.
Knowledge of Salesforce Knowledge and Service Cloud Case Management features.
Understanding of security and sharing mechanisms for external users.
