Responsibilities
- Design, build, and own core components of the agent platform.
- Build and evolve the capabilities layer for operational workflows.
- Architect the knowledge and memory infrastructure for data retrieval.
- Design and implement the trust and safety framework for AI operations.
- Contribute to agent evaluation and testing infrastructure.
- Partner with Operations to identify automation opportunities.
- Mentor other engineers on the team.
Requirements
- 5+ years of backend engineering experience.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs and AI agents.
- Strong API design and system integration skills.
- Product-minded with the ability to question requirements.
- Proven ownership of complex projects in early-stage environments.
