Responsibilities

Lead, design, and build scalable backend systems for processing safety-related signals using Python.
Guide and mentor the team through architectural and system design challenges.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build tools for content moderation.
Implement and enhance ML/AI models to improve content moderation efficiency.
Build solutions with an adversarial mindset to address safety challenges.
Drive workstreams and provide leadership to accomplish projects.

Extensive experience developing and maintaining backend systems using Python.
Strong system design and architecture skills for scalable content moderation systems.
Ability to define workstreams and lead projects effectively.
Experience in a domain requiring an adversarial mindset such as trust or safety.
Experience in a 24/7 on-call rotation for production systems.
