Base Salary
$107k - $284k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and implement efficient, scalable software solutions that meet business and quality requirements.
- Contribute to solution architecture, technical feasibility, performance optimization, and scalability discussions.
- Develop complex features, modern microservices, cost-effective APIs, and user-facing functionality.
- Create proofs of concept and identify solutions to improve digital ecosystem performance.
- Participate in code reviews and uphold coding standards, best practices, and quality guidelines.
- Provide expert support for complex issues, including root-cause analysis and resolution.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, business leaders, and IT leaders to drive delivery and technical decisions.
- Promote new technologies, tools, knowledge sharing, tech talks, workshops, and engineering best practices.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience with enterprise solution delivery in a large-scale distributed software design environment.
- 5+ years of Java development experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with enterprise cloud initiatives and cloud computing technologies.
- 5+ years of experience designing and developing modern microservices and APIs.
- 3+ years of experience with CI/CD pipeline automation.
- 3+ years of experience in an Agile-based development environment.
- 2+ years of Agentic AI or Generative AI experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, including a high-school diploma plus four years of relevant experience.
- Preferred: health and wellness domain experience and hands-on full-stack development with AngularJS, JavaScript, Oracle, and NoSQL databases.
- Preferred: understanding of Generative AI concepts including natural language processing, text generation and summarization, conversational AI, and chatbots.
- Preferred: experience developing user-facing features or applications and creating scalable technology roadmaps.
- Preferred: ability to work with emerging cloud and IT technologies and collaborate across organizational boundaries.
