Responsibilities
- Develop and own scalable AI features that help users detect, triage, and resolve incidents using observability data and tools.
- Prototype, test, ship, and iterate on LLM- and agent-powered workflows for incident lifecycle management and automated analysis.
- Collaborate with data analysts, product managers, designers, and other teams to integrate agentic components with internal tools, alerting systems, runbooks, and developer workflows.
- Use AI and automation tools to improve product functionality and software development workflows.
- Ensure developed AI solutions are innovative, maintainable, scalable, and aligned with real user workflows.
Requirements
- Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and building applications powered by generative AI.
- Proven experience delivering production software that is actively used by customers or users.
- Strong backend and/or full-stack software engineering skills with the ability to solve complex problems independently.
- Exposure to cloud-native environments such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Experience using observability tools to understand and troubleshoot system behavior.
- Ability to iterate quickly, work through ambiguity, take ownership, communicate effectively, and collaborate cross-functionally.
