Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Develop high-performance AI features for incident detection and resolution.
- Implement a rapid prototyping process to test and validate AI solutions with real users.
- Collaborate with data analysts, product managers, and designers on AI-driven product features.
- Utilize AI tools to enhance product functionality and development workflows.
- Communicate effectively in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
- Take ownership of AI solutions, ensuring they are scalable and user-aligned.
Requirements
- Strong experience in building production software systems.
- Familiarity with AI technologies and frameworks.
- Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and GenAI applications.
- Proven track record of delivering software used in production.
- Exposure to cloud-native environments like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Experience using observability tools for system behavior analysis.
