Base Salary
$175k - $220k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver high-performance AI features that help users detect, triage, and resolve incidents using observability data and tools.
- Prototype, test, ship, and iterate on LLM- and agent-powered workflows for incident lifecycle management and automated analysis.
- Collaborate with data analysts, product managers, and designers to shape AI-driven product features.
- Integrate agentic components with internal tools, alerting systems, runbooks, and developer workflows.
- Own AI solutions through production delivery while ensuring scalability, maintainability, and alignment with user workflows.
- Use AI and automation tools to improve product functionality and software development workflows.
Requirements
- Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and applications powered by GenAI.
- Proven experience delivering production software that is actively used by customers or users.
- Strong software engineering experience building backend and/or full-stack systems.
- Experience working in cloud-native environments such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Experience using observability tools to understand and troubleshoot system behavior.
- Ability to work independently, iterate quickly, communicate effectively, and take ownership in ambiguous environments.
- Preferred: experience with agent frameworks or multi-agent workflows, infrastructure or DevOps tooling, model fine-tuning, or observability tooling.
