Base Salary
$175k - $220k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and deliver high-performance AI features that help users detect, triage, and resolve incidents using observability data and tools.
- Prototype, test, ship, and iteratively improve LLM- and agent-powered workflows for incident lifecycle management and automated analysis.
- Collaborate with data analysts, product managers, designers, and other teams on AI-driven product features and integrations.
- Integrate agentic components with internal tools, alerting systems, runbooks, and developer workflows.
- Use AI and automation tools in product development and personal engineering workflows.
- Own AI solutions through development, scaling, maintenance, and alignment with real user workflows.
Requirements
- Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and building applications powered by GenAI.
- A proven track record of delivering production software actively used by customers or users.
- Strong production software engineering skills, including backend and/or full-stack development.
- Exposure to cloud-native environments such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Experience using observability tools to understand and troubleshoot system behavior.
- Ability to work independently, iterate quickly, define scope amid ambiguity, communicate effectively, and collaborate cross-functionally.
