Responsibilities
- Identify automation opportunities by collaborating with Fleet Operations teams across the operational value chain.
- Build robust, multi-step AI agent systems that operate autonomously in real operational workflows.
- Use AI-assisted development tools to move quickly from concepts to solutions and partner with Software Engineering on durable implementations.
- Shape the technical direction, platforms, tools, and system architecture for Fleet Operations automation.
- Translate operational challenges into clear technical briefs for Data Science and Engineering teams.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience building robust agentic AI systems that move beyond prototypes into real-world operation.
- Understanding of mobility, logistics, or supply chain operations and the broader requirements of successful AI initiatives.
- Proficiency in Python, LLM calls, agent frameworks, and data pipelines.
- Ability to take problems from definition through implementation and outcome with limited guidance.
- Fluency in English; German is a plus.
