Responsibilities
- Gather and distill customer feedback for product management and engineering teams.
- Develop system-level use cases, break them into subsystem and product components, and establish test beds.
- Define and execute verification and validation test plans.
- Build proof-of-concept solutions, custom demos, and customer technology integrations.
- Integrate the LiDAR detection platform with video management systems such as Genetec and Milestone.
- Develop and maintain technical sales assets, demo environments, presentations, data sheets, datasets, and best-practice guides.
- Triage customer-reported bugs, diagnose product issues, and identify root causes.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a B.S. or M.S. in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Computer Science.
- Previous internship or project experience related to manufacturing, robotics, or electro-mechanical systems.
- Experience with a scripting language such as Python for test automation or data analysis.
- Ability to perform mechanical fit-ups and installations.
