Base Salary
$140k - $280k/yr
Responsibilities
- Ship AI-powered features across frontend, backend, agents, and evaluation systems.
- Embed with sales, service, and underwriting operators to identify workflow problems and build solutions.
- Build systems that trace decisions and use outcomes to improve future AI interactions.
- Test and apply new AI model capabilities and use AI coding tools to accelerate development.
- Own business metrics, measure results, and present outcomes to the company.
Requirements
- Production software engineering experience shipping real systems, with level determined during the interview process.
- Proficiency in Python, TypeScript, or a similar programming language.
- Experience building and shipping AI-powered features such as LLM applications, agent pipelines, or workflow automation.
- Ability to work across frontend, backend, and the AI layer.
- Based in San Francisco or willing to relocate.
- Preferred qualifications include voice AI or real-time systems experience, RAG, agent frameworks, evaluation systems, operations tooling, sales technology, workflow automation, or prior startup experience.
