Build and operate the platform infrastructure that powers hundreds of services and large-scale agentic AI workloads. This role improves reliability, observability, developer velocity, and cost efficiency across the engineering organization.

Embed with Harper’s insurance operations to identify high-leverage problems, run critical workflows, and rapidly ship AI agents, automations, and internal tools that improve measurable business outcomes. This is an in-person, high-autonomy role spanning operations, product discovery, and technical delivery.
