Responsibilities
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Azure DevOps, and GitLab.
- Write automation using C#, PowerShell, Bash, or similar languages.
- Troubleshoot build failures and improve build-platform performance.
- Support Git-based workflows, with Perforce experience considered a plus.
- Automate infrastructure using Terraform, Packer, Ansible, or Chef.
- Improve reliability, observability, and developer workflows across the build platform.
- Contribute to incident response and continuous system improvements.
- Collaborate with EA game studios and studio partners in a hybrid environment.
Requirements
- Have 7+ years of software engineering experience with increasing responsibility.
- Have experience with large-scale build/release systems or developer platforms, such as AAA game or DevOps platforms.
- Have experience with CI/CD principles and workflows.
- Be proficient in one or more of C#, PowerShell, Bash, or similar scripting or programming languages.
- Have experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Have familiarity with infrastructure-as-code and configuration management tools.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify risks and propose practical solutions.
- Communicate clearly and work effectively in a hybrid, collaborative environment.

- British Columbia base salary range of $141,400–$204,400 CAD.
