Responsibilities
- Design and implement technical solutions for ServiceNow environments across ITSM, ITOM, and SPM.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and account delivery teams to achieve project objectives and support customer satisfaction.
- Analyze complex technical problems and develop creative solutions in a dynamic environment.
- Communicate technical information effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Apply expertise in cloud computing, networking, cybersecurity, and ServiceNow ITOM—Discovery.
Requirements
- 6–8 years of relevant ServiceNow experience in ITSM, ITOM, or SPM.
- At least 6 years of experience in a similar technical architecture role.
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Expert-level certification in ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM)—Discovery.
- Strong technical skills in cloud computing, networking, and cybersecurity.
- Experience working in an Account Delivery role with knowledge of account management and customer satisfaction.
- Strong collaboration, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
- AI experience is an advantage.
